This month I want to point you at something easy to overlook. We spend so much energy on clicks and landing page interactions that we forget the one variable that often decides whether someone fills out the form: the price. The ad gets the click, the page gets the read, but pricing is frequently the actual trigger. It's worth a hard look.
The other thing on my mind is spam. Bot traffic is everywhere right now, and it quietly poisons your lead numbers if you're not watching. I've got a good read on that below, plus a note on Granola, which has been keeping a clean memory of all my client conversations so I'm not the bottleneck.
