01
Pricing & Contracts
How much does Google Ads management cost?
Pixel – Manager starts at $400/month for ad budgets up to $2,500/month, with tiers that scale as your budget grows. Every tier includes campaign management, a monthly review session, and a report plus dashboard. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google. Current numbers are always on our pricing page.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Management and coaching are month to month. You can pause or stop with notice. We keep clients by performing, not by locking them in.
Does the management fee include ad spend?
No. The management fee covers Pixelocity's work; ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and never marked up. Keeping the two separate means you always see exactly what went to Google and what went to management, and you can change budgets without renegotiating fees.
What is the Discovery Session and what does it cost?
The Discovery Session is a comprehensive 90-minute consultation with Nick that starts every engagement: a review of your business, goals, and competitive landscape; an audit of your website and digital presence; conversion goal alignment so success is measurable; and account access and setup. It is a fixed, one-time fee listed on the pricing page, not a percentage of ad spend, and there is no obligation to continue afterward.
How does coaching pricing work?
Pixel – Advisor starts with a Foundational series of three structured sessions over 30 days: business deep dive and account integration, conversion tracking setup, and a Google Ads audit with strategic review. After that you can add advanced sessions à la carte or move to a recurring support plan with a custom dashboard and on-demand calls. Current pricing is on the pricing page.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do, always. Campaigns run in your Google Ads account under your billing. If we ever part ways, everything we built stays with you, including the account history.
02
Services & Scope
What does Pixelocity actually do?
We run paid advertising for small businesses: Google Ads first, plus Microsoft and Meta where it makes sense. Three ways to work with us: Pixel – Advisor (we coach you or your team to run the ads), Pixel – Manager (we run your campaigns end to end), and Pixel – Apps (AI-built tools, automations, and landing pages that support the ad engine).
What's the difference between Pixel – Manager and Pixel – Advisor?
Manager is done-for-you: we build, run, and optimize the campaigns and report to you monthly. Advisor is done-with-you: structured coaching sessions where we work in your accounts together, so you build in-house capability. Plenty of clients start with Advisor and move to Manager, or the reverse.
Who actually runs my Google Ads account?
Sean Schimmel, Pixelocity's partner and Head of Operations for ad management, runs Pixel – Manager accounts, working alongside founder Nick Ostroff. Nick leads Pixel – Advisor coaching. You get a partner on the account rather than a rotating account rep, and the same people show up to every monthly review.
Which advertising platforms do you manage?
Google Ads is the core platform, including Search, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns. We also manage Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Meta ads where they fit the client's lead flow, and we wire conversion tracking so every platform reports the same leads.
Do you only work with certain industries?
We work across 20+ industries with a deep bench in home services (roofing especially), HVAC, plumbing, contractors, dental, legal services, e-commerce, and lead-gen businesses. The fundamentals transfer; the industry pages show how we apply them vertical by vertical.
Do you only work with Los Angeles businesses?
No. Pixelocity is based in Manhattan Beach and many clients are across Greater Los Angeles and the South Bay, but management and coaching are delivered remotely and work for businesses anywhere in the United States.
Do you build landing pages and tools too?
Yes. Lead generation systems, landing pages, and conversion tracking run through every engagement, and Pixel – Apps is where we build software in-house, from LeadPixl lead tracking to a free Google Ads headline generator. Small custom tools, like lead routing or reporting, are built when a client's problem isn't solved by existing software.

Getting Started
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation: a 30-minute intro or a 60-minute strategy session, right on our scheduling page. No pressure, no subscriptions; just a clear read on where your marketing stands and one honest next step.
How do engagements start?
Every new client starts with the Discovery Session, whether you go on to done-for-you management or done-with-you coaching. It gives both sides a clear read on the account before any monthly fee is agreed, and it stands on its own if you only want the diagnosis.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Nothing is required, but the call goes further if you know three numbers: your current or planned monthly ad budget, what a good lead is worth to you, and which service you most want to sell more of. If you already run Google Ads, having the login handy helps.
What happens before you start spending my budget?
Tracking comes first. Before we scale a dollar of spend, conversion tracking gets wired correctly for calls, forms, and bookings, and your landing pages and funnel get tightened so traffic actually converts. Campaigns are built or rebuilt after that, not before.
Can I switch between coaching and management later?
Yes. Because everything is month to month and built inside your own account, moving from Advisor to Manager, or the reverse, is a conversation, not a migration.
04
Performance & ROI
What results do clients actually see?
Named ones. For Hassakis Law, a Southern Illinois personal injury firm, rebuilding the Google Ads account around qualified calls produced 19% more qualified leads at a 16% lower cost per lead, year over year at the same spend, with search impression share up from 17.5% to 23.6%. An Upwork client reported that a refined campaign cut their cost per conversion in half. Every result we publish links to a case study or a source review; past results never guarantee future ones.
How do you measure results?
By leads and booked jobs, not clicks. Call tracking and form tracking tie every lead back to the keyword and ad that produced it, so the numbers we report are cost per lead and cost per booked job, by campaign. Vanity metrics like impressions don't drive decisions.
How does Pixelocity measure success, step by step?
Step 1: agree the goal in the Discovery Session (a booked job, a signed case, an order) and what one is worth. Step 2: wire tracking so every call, form, and booking carries its keyword and campaign. Step 3: your team marks leads qualified or not, and that verdict feeds back into bidding. Step 4: we report cost per qualified lead by campaign every month, on a live call with a dashboard you can open any time. Step 5: we change one lever at a time and judge it over a full quarter, not a week.
What is the difference between coaching and full management?
Who does the work. In Pixel – Advisor coaching you run your own account with founder Nick Ostroff beside you in live sessions, so you keep the skill and the budget that would go to fees. In Pixel – Manager, partner Sean Schimmel runs the account for you and shows the work every month. Both are month to month, in an account you own, and both start with the Discovery Session. The table below puts them side by side.
How do you report on my account?
Every month you get three things: a live review call in plain English covering what we did, what it produced, and what's next; a clear report of spend, leads, and results; and a live dashboard so you can see your numbers whenever you want.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and no honest agency can, because we don't control your market, your competitors, or your sales follow-up. What we do promise is that everything is measured, everything is explained, and the work is shown every month. If it isn't working, you'll hear it from us first, and there's no contract keeping you.
How much ad budget do I need?
It depends on your market and the jobs you want. Management tiers scale with your monthly ad budget so a small account isn't paying a big-agency retainer, and the free consultation includes a clear read on what your market actually costs before you commit anything.
What if I already have an agency or run ads myself?
Bring the account. The Discovery Session audits what's there line by line: what's working, what's leaking money, and the highest-impact fixes. If the account is in good shape, we'll tell you. Many clients arrive after months of ads that felt like a black box.
